USMT 3.0 RC1 released.

In the RC1 version of USMT following state will migrate.

• Custom Wallpaper when the destination computer is Windows Vista.
• Regional settings.
• Microsoft Office. The RC1 version of USMT migrates settings for 2007 Microsoft Office system and localized versions of Microsoft Office (German and Japanese). This version also migrates settings when a newer version of Microsoft Office is installed on the destination computer.
